I'm trying to get these out in most major towns, but for now here's what I got:
Solhaven: (Last room of the playershops spiral, Lady Morgause's shop, north room, inside the building)
runestones (25,000 silvers each)

Animation Crystals (3,500 silvers each): A sorcerer with no necromancy can use these to animate a creature up to one level below their own. For every 10 ranks, you can increase this by 1 level)
