Once you master lock mastery, will you still not have 100% success ratio on retrieving trap components?

Nope.

There is a minor modifier dependent on how easy the trap is relative to your disarm skill. Even so, there are times I haven't pulled a -10 jaw trap.

Not when you're lugging around 30 needles, 30 jaws, 40 vials, and some spheres and dark crystals to boot, and wondering why you have encumberance issues.
