So... Here I am getting ready to head out for a hunt of the Old City when the following takes place...
---
[Ta'Illistim, BriarStone Court]
This corner of the court is dominated by a round marble fountain. A few solitary elves sit on the wide edge of the fountain, occasionally tossing a coin inside and murmuring a wish, as they steal shy glances around them. The water descends from a tall center column, producing a musical burble that softens the noise of the city's daily traffic. You also see the Amioweil disk, a corroded mithril trunk, a piece of banded onyx and a wooden barrel.
Also here: Amioweil
Obvious paths: east, southeast, south, northwest
>
A prismatic beveled glass door suddenly appears, tendrils of prismatic essence slowly weaving themselves into its structure.
You glance at a prismatic beveled glass door suspended from a pair of pink feathered wings.
Speaking in Elven, you say, "Mm."
Speaking in Elven, you say, "That isn't..normal."

>open door
That is already open.

The beveled glass door bobs up and down slowly, its wings beating in irregular intervals.

[Monkia's Magics, Entry]
Tiny stenciled flowers border the newly painted white walls of the entryway. A small furry coat with purple polka-dots hangs from a brass coat rack above a pale pink bench. Resting atop the natural maple floors is a bright pink flower pot with an overly-large daisy. The daisy moves ever so slightly, though there does not appear to be a draft. You also see a prismatic beveled glass door.
Obvious exits: east
Speaking in Elven, you say, "Mm."
>order
There is no merchant here to order anything from.

[Monkia's Magics, Show Room]
Sunlight pours in from the large skylight, causing subtle shadows to pass over the arched nooks sunken into the white walls. Small candles float above each nook, illuminating the colored glass bins overflowing with a variety of wares. The center of the room is bare, except for an overly-large furry pink rug that rests on the natural maple floors. You also see a pale pink sign hanging on the wall.
Obvious exits: north, west
>read sign
In the Common language, it reads:
Monkia's Magics presents...
Runestaff Charms
After several nasty accidents in her laboratory, Monkia has invented magical charms that attach themselves to runestaves.
How do they work?
If you've purchased an empty charm, pour a grot potion on it and imbed it with whatever spell you like. Otherwise, there are many charms for sale that already have spells in them. LOOK BINS to see all the different colored bins. The clear bin has empty charms. The rest are sorted by spell circle.
First, set your activator - RUB, WAVE, TAP or RAISE. This must be done before you PUT it on your runestaff.
Once the charm is set into the runestaff, you may TURN the runestaff so that the charm will not crumble when the magical charges are depleted. If you would like to add another charm when your current one is empty, simply TURN the runestaff and the charm will crumble into dust, making room for another charm.
Runestaff charms will not work on all runestaves.

If I remember correctly, this shop would flutter around EG last year. Very very odd. Apparently intended, as the log shows. Evarin looked around a bit, but didn't have any silver. He finally made the decision to go get some and by the time he returned the shop was gone. No one else saw it. Stupid zombies.
