The comic rocks. But then again so did Fantastic Four, The Phoenix storyline in Xmen, Judge Dredd, V for Vendetta, Guyver, Aeon Flux, Daredevil, The Punisher...

I've been following the production diaries for a while now, I actually don't really like the style it seems to be taking but it's my favorite historical battle so I'll wait and see.

Yes, the battle of thermopylae was one of the greatest historical battles ever.

The comic book was also really awesome but as Stray said . . .

I have high hopes that this will probably rock as long as it does justice to the comic.

The "YAY 4 DEMOKRACY" thing on the description has me a little skeptical, but I guess we'll see.

I was bothered by it too but I figured it was just a marketing decision and something that hopefully won't affect the film.
