6x a day wizard shields, used to be much better. Still, +50 DS for 1 minute 6x per day is decent if you do rescues, searching AG tasks, anything where you'd like I little more DS for a short period of time. I used to use it when at low spirit.
MB of 30m sounds good, not entirely sure I want to sell, but I don't need it as much as I used to.
Also if you get a nice item at the EG auction I would consider a trade.
