Which is exactly why the Jaguars don't start him. They don't want to be "too good too fast."

You gotta try if you want to get some seperation but I think Tampa and Buffalo have a better chance of upsetting.

You guys are experts.

For the most part, I normally have a pick % as good as experts.

As far as why I don't pick the others, I just done see as big as a discrepancy in the matchups. Washington/Indy is a double whammy because Portis can run, and the run will eat the clock. If Washington can control the turnovers ( which I believe it can ) and keep time of possession heavily in their favor ( with Portis running the game ), this game seems the upset of the week.

Latrinsorm

Ironically enough (I say ironically because people inexplicably keep picking the Dolphins), the PC is 58-26-3 in choosing outright winners.

Where are your picks, Xyelin? :)

They're going to win it this week, I missed some earlier games this season but I'm going to be able to make the game this week. I put the home crowd advantage over the top.

(Damn you Lat for shaming me into picking Jacksonville)lol

Wellsir! Quite a week of picks. Here's where they stand:

Xyelin: 8-4
Ardwen, Augie, Wezas: 7-5
Bobmuhthol, Eschaton, richardcranium, Alfster, Drinin, Drew, PB, Sergey: 6-6
Apathy, cakewitharse, Latrinsorm: 5-7
Stunseed: 4-8
Atlanteax: 3-9 (ties everywhere fray themselves in anguish)

Notes:
The first time this season the PC has unanimously selected a team and been pwnd (Texans - Jags).
Amazingly poor play from the Chargers, Jaguars, and Cardinals.
If the Cowboys win, this will also be the first time this season the PC favorites did under .500 in picking outright winners.
Only Ardwen and Xyelin are in the running for winning the week, as Augie and Wezas picked the same as Xyelin for MNF. Stunseed and Atlanteax also have the same pick for MNF, plus Stunseed is assured of someone at least joining him in the dreaded 4 for 13 club.

Meh, was a rough week. Everyone has them, and people will recover. Let's all make our picks at 12:47, yes 13 minutes before kickoff and see how well it goes. Maybe next week you'll make your picks between the afternoon and the night game, Xyelin.

In Stun's defense (but mostly because I hate this guy), he does seem to be about on par with this Yahoo! expert:

http://fantasysports.yahoo.com/analysis/news?slug=be-noise_101906&prov=yhoo&type=lgns&league=fantasy/nfl

Just one article. This guy couldn't predict the night following the day, but yet he is somehow an expert. The only time he is right is when it is blatantly obvious (e.g. use the quarterback going up against the worst pass defense in the NFL, he should have a good day)

Here come the Geeeeeeeeee-men!

Here's what I find ridiculous: People are falling over themselves cheering on Belichek leading the Patriots to a great record after losing a bunch of guys.

The Patriots have beat the Bills twice, the Jets, and the Dolphins. Then they've lost to the Broncos and beat the Bengals. How can anyone think the Patriots are anything more than the best of an awful AFC East yet?

Looking over their remaining schedule, do they have *any* top-class games besides the Colts and Bears? Maybe at Minnesota or at Jacksonville if either team starts pulling it together? I'm waiting for the Patriots to go 13-3 and get obliterated in the first round.

My favorite moment in tonight's game was when Romo was coming in and the crowd was cheering wildly then first pass he threw was an interception.

I agree about everyone falling over themselves but other than the Broncos game 'They' (not we like dillusional Bills fans) have been pretty dominant.

I think Dallas' O-line thought they were going to a 60 minute group hug session instead of a football game. They looked worse than Arizona's O-line.

T.O. is well on his way of killing another teams season. It's hilarious to watch the Tuna roll his eyes whenever he is within ear shot of T.O. on the sidelines however. Keep it up!

Did you see him just stand around and smile like a jackoff after he dropped that HUGE pass on 4th down? I thought the Tuna was going to turn around and bitchslap him (and I was really hoping he would).

I hope the media completely grilled him for it, didn't get to see the conference afterwards. Anyone got a link for it (if its worth my time)?
