Sheer Fear

Can anyone either give me a rundown of information regarding this effect or a link to an outline?

Specifically I am looking for

-Different levels of fear
-At what levels do each of the different levels come into effect and end
-What spells or stats effect SF


Any help would be appreciated.

Major fear is 10 levels under, i believe.
Minor is up to at least 5 or 6.

The amount of trains under a creature that you can be and still resist it's fear is altered by Symbol of Courage if you're in voln.

I think that fear warding for major fear is based somewhat in charisma.

I have to be at within 5 levels of an undead to hunt it without any chance of getting feared? Just cost me a nice 5 round stun from a boil, was looking to know when I should bother to head back there.

I was still getting very minor fear by corpses at 26....so if you figure the oldest corpse is 32, then that's about 5 or 6 levels over.

But as I said, it's also affected by sym courage, which I keep active all the time.

Bravery (211) also modifies it. I'm not sure about Heroism.

Anyone have a definate on the minimum age for not being feared at all?

Bravery is one, I am guessing there is most likely a bard spell as well. Too bad about Will Enhancement.

I believe the minimum is 3 levels I think under critter age for no fear. Like going into Bonespear, you can go at 50 but your asking for trouble. You go at 55 you seem to do fine.

No, minor fear does not start at 5 levels under the undead creature. You get minor feared if you are 11-15 levels under the undead.

It seems like it's five levels but it's not.

Like someone said, they still get minor feared at 26 from rotting corpses. You will never be fear from a corpses after 27. But the reason why is because most critters gen at a +/- 5 levels of their base level. So corpses can actually get at up to level 37. Once your are 27, no corpse can fear you.

Major fear starts at 16 levels under the undead. So if you were to go to corpses at level 21 or lower you have the chance of being major feared by corpses. At 22 this will stop, but you will most likely be minor feared by almost every corpse you encounter. As you get closer to 27 thsi will happen less since less corpes can gen over 10 levels over you.

People always try to argue otherwise, but I've tested this and have gotten a GM to confirm it. I think I saved the post. If I find it, I'll post it.

If I remember correctly, there are only three undead critters on Teras. And, no, none of them sheer fear.

In Bonespear...., you have to be at least 54 to totally avoid any dybbuk's fear, 56 for waerns, and 59 for eidolons.
