After several unsuccessful attempts at running an FTP server on my machine over the years, I just recently realized that HTTP file transfer can occur via PHP. A quick Google is getting me some pretty BS results, so if anyone has a good file upload PHP script, I would really appreciate it. It doesn't have to be complex at all; I'm just looking for a way to upload to my machine remotely or have people send me files.
