so, what skills help the cs increase?

Spells in circle.
CS bonus of 425.
Wisdom/Aura modification ( of some kind ).

Agreed, it was a quickly done post. Spells in the circle you're casting will have the most immediate effect ( up to I believe 133 ranks ). Secondary spells help, but not quite as much.

To max CS, you're best off getting 60 ranks above your level in the primary circle, then 2/3 your level in ranks in each of the secondary circles, then primary ranks ad infinitum.

Triple. It's the best way for CS.
Single MnE and Sorc based circles till MnE reaches 74 and during that period try to get MnS up to 63.
Go wild with Sorc circle as long as you at least single.

The numbers might be a couple out, been ages since I properly checked but they're close.
