The front tire has a release, why couldn't they have taken that one?

In some cases I've even pulled the front wheel off and locked it up with the back wheel. This was during a bike theft crime spree that was running rampant on campus back in the day.

Having a bike stolen sucks. I remember I had one when I was 17 and it was chained to the fence inside my back yard near the house and THAT fence was locked.

I come home and the bike is gone. I'm thinking WTF. They had to climb the fence. Cut the lock. Throw the bike over the fence. Climb their asses out.

Shit for all that effort they deserved to get it. Luckily it was a piece of shit.
