44. Yeah... 44.
Edited because I saw that Wezas and I only have two games called the same way: Philadelphia and Houston. I'm confident with that knowledge. 18-10 vs. 13-15 FTW... I mean whatever Latrinsorm said.

Wezas, you put 27 for the tie breaker as well. What happens if we both come out with the same record and we have to go with it?????!?!?!??!?!?!?!

Coinflip.
I know Houston is not the best pick I've ever had, but I can't bring myself to pick Miami, so...

Honestly I picked 27 before I even looked at any of the posts in the thread. I usually try to avoid other people's numbers.
If we come out even and it's down to you and me, you can have it.

-40 points
For my last man standing I took Indianapolis this week. The top guy in my division now has a 4 game lead on me (after my disasterous week 3, he went 10-4, I went 7-7). The only game we differed on this week was the Buffalo/Minnesota game, so hopefully I can pick up a game this week. Dropped like 30 ranks in the pool too. Fucking week 3.

Three things I didn't expect before this thread started:
That I would pick 60 for the over/under and two people would go over me. ?!? It's like a slow-pitch softball game played with hardballs and metal bats.
The Texans more than doubling their pick total for the year.
People (3!!!!!) besides Wezas actually picking the Raiders. Not only that, one of them is Augie, who I would think would have learned after being the only person to pick the Raiders against the Ravens (they lost 28-6).

Mr. Miller told me to explain myself.
60+ points because you have 2 QB's who have been on a tear the last 2 weeks, 2 secondaries that completely suck, Philly is going to outscore GB and win, but Brett and Monday night = shootout.
Raiders over the Browneyes because 1) they're at home 2) they just had a bye week to get their shit semi-together 3) Art Shell isn't going to put up with mediocracy from the front line 4) Browneyes suck at defense, especially rushing 5) Jordan is not about to have a crap season and miss out on that cash cash money (Oakland is where player's go to either die, or build up their stats so another good team buys them, kind of like Seattle in baseball) and 6) The Browneyes are not in the same league as SD or Baltimore.
Yeah, so, there.

A total of 60 or over in any NFL game is completly stupid.
My 10* GOTY COLD STONE LEAD PIPE LOCK picks will be up before kickoff.

Not a good week so far.
8-4: Augie, RichardCranium, Apathy
7-5: Eschaton, Wezas, Usurper, Alfaster, Sergey, Stunseed (and therefore probably Xyelin, if he had put up picks), Drinin, Drew
6-6: Ardwen, cakewitharse, Elrodin
5-7: Narcissiia, and bringing up the rear: Latrinsorm.
We are at least guaranteed a 9-game winner.
What possessed me to pick the Lions?

Oh yeah, two other fun facts: The Dolphins (the MIAMI Dolphins, now) have more picks per game (12) than every single team except the Colts (12.5) and the Bengals (also 12).
The DOLPHINS.
It's like the PC has contracted Snapp-itis or something.
That said, the PC's collective preference has also won 63.79% of games played so far, which is pretty impressive.

Philadelphia better win, and McNabb better get like 350 passing yards and at least 2 PaTD.

288 and 2 TD's. Close... plus his 47 rushing and 2 TD's on the ground. Good fantasy week for McNabb owners.

8-6, I'll take it after last week. I should be tied for 3rd in my division, and picked up a game on the second place guy (only 3 back now from him). Probably still in the low 100's in the pool overall.

Man.
I started off 24-8 in my office, and after turning a 16-14 record the last two weeks, I'm diving slowly. The first two weeks were easy (and I got a few lucky picks). All I'm doing is transferring the same picks from my office game onto here, since you know, I don't have any money on this one, I don't have to worry about making up the money on upset picks a'la Final Four pools.
I'm still 40-22 on the year.. but that's liable to change. I stink. I've dropped to 4th out of 10 people. I'm just waiting for them to have a bad week.
