Character training

Hello everyone, been about a year since I've been playing, though I've been reading and watching still.

Since I'm at culinary college now, I dont have a whole lot of time to invest into gemstone.

I'm lookin for someone to make or sell me a character between trainings of 20 and 40.

I know GS4 is theoretically coming out, but until then, I'll enjoy myself.

If you have any characters you're trying to get rid of, give a hollar, I have some ideas of what I want, but I'm open to ideas.
