>
Klaive gives Akei a lingering kiss on the lips.
>
The ghostly cat meows loudly.
>
Klaive cuddles closely with Akei, who smiles back happily.
Jhayde nods.

>look akei
You see Akei.
He appears to be a Half-Sylvan.
He appears to be very young and shorter than average. He has thick-lashed amber eyes and fair skin. He has waist length, thick glossy black hair that falls in a silken cascade down his back, adorned by leaf shaped amber beads that have been braided in a random but stylish manner. He has a clean-shaven face, a small nose and sharp pointed ears.
He is in good shape.
He is holding a Wehnimer's promissory note in his left hand.
He is wearing a large pair of fake silk bat wings, a bright red barbed leather tail, a pair of devilish horns, a single white razern manacle, a vibrant red thigh-sheath, some soft-soled black velvet boots, a leaf-embossed leather music case, some fingerless dark leather gloves, some grey wolfskin trousers, an ebony spidersilk backpack, a soft dark red suede cloak stitched with swirling autumn leaves along the hem, some full leather, a reinforced shield, a dark leather locksmith's toolkit, a delicate silver mesh collar, a crystal amulet, a gold-trimmed black silk shirt, and a skull-shaped pin.
>
Akei rubs Klaive tenderly.
>
Akei yawns.
>
Akei gives Klaive a lingering kiss on the neck.

Is Klaive gay? I'm actually embarassed to ask him, perhaps someone here can tell me?

You quietly whisper to Klaive, "I have a question."
>

Klaive whispers, "shoot"

You quietly whisper to Klaive, "are you gay?"

Klaive whispers, "no, why?"

Klaive whispers, "OOC: You talking IC or OOC?"

Klaive whispers, "OOC: IC, Klaive's bisexual but female biased. IRL, I'm straight and Akei is played by a female."

ok got my answer.

Even if he was gay, there's no reason for that to be an issue.

Probably the same reason the character complaints folder, and the general gemstone is already filled with trash, not trying to add to it, but if its your opinion, thats fine too.

I love how he said that Klaive was [bisexual], but he wasn't, and that player of said male character is a woman.

Must reinforce straightness!

heh what some people will do to get laid....

Well some people like to play out being what they are normally not in real life. Its kind of interesting I guess, not that I would do it.

Yeah, but the fact that he stressed "I'm not like this IRL and this person is a woman" in and of itself indicates that he is 1. Not OK with homosexuals or bisexuals IRL and 2. afraid that people will think he is.

I dont care what Darien does in his bedroom, anymore than I care what Klaive does in his house. Or with whom. Just isnt interesting to me.

(edited to add) And with all the female characters kissing each other, why would it be of any more interest if two male characters do? Makes no sense.

Yeah, my char saw it too. Obviously the chars you mentioned (I refuse to say the name) are like-gender lovers.

Not that there is anything wrong with that... its just females look so much better at it.

Bad atheana...how dare you bring up something that is similar to thousands of other posts on this board!

Not even remotely similar. Hell, I don't think this beast is in the same Kingdom as the rest of the beasts.

Kurili pointed it out the best. It wouldn't have gotten the time of day were it two women.

It was done for attention, and it was done in front of a gullible audience for this specific purpose.

So ya, lets continue to contribute to someone's dysfunction.

Shoot me already.

Halfsilver, sweeeeetie...please do everything you can to extract that telephone pole from your ass!;)

Nobody was insulting Atheana. Some of us simply said we did not care to hear about the lastest exploits of someone who is decidedly uninteresting in all respects. As Atheana has a right to be interested in such things, for whatever reason she may have, we have equal right to find it boring as all hell!:moon:

I realize I'm late into this thread, but I'd like to remind people that trying to belittle someone by insulting or assuming their personal life and bringing it here is rather against TOS. Coming here assuming that someone is gay, another thing we stressed that we didn't want to see happen, is not something I want to see anymore and is in fact something that certain people would feel highly threatened if it was said about them.

People have a problem with Klaive, that is perfectly clear. But let's try not to assume his identity on things we know nothing about just to build him up as something worse to justify it. Let the man be. The best way would be to ignore him and let him do this thing and not build it into a drama.
