Hmm, blueberries and beer. Could be interesting. Have you tried jalapeno beer? Nice bite to it and leaves you feeling warm all over.
Thought we could have our own topic. No I haven't tried that.. but it sounds good.
Anyone else have any unusual or interesting brews to share? (I changed it to brew so I wouldn't get snerts nitpicking over nomenclature... if this were a brew forum I wouldn't "dumb it down" for people).
Anyway, Skittlebrau and The Bunker Hill Blueberry Ale are the only two I can think of that I've had with things floating in them...

A few pints of "diesel" always gives me a headache in the morning.
Half lager, half cider, touch of blackcurrent cordial.
Don't spill it on a white shirt either, noob.
I’m not all that adventurous with my brew types. Shiner Hieffenwiezen, Samual Adams Oktoberfest and Guinness are about as radical as I get.

Outstanding call on the Guinness. Wearing the shirt right now. Still, spent a few weeks in Germany and now my taste buds are tainted and can no longer stomach many domestics. Bud is made from horse urine. Although Busch has a great name, in now way tastes as good.
IMO you should drink your steak and chew your beer.
Edited to add: Great call on the new thread idea.

Rofl, fucking lout.
IPA guest (Indian Pale Ale) is cask ale you have to try. But like Stray said if you want to get mutherfucking smashed, drink cheap, evil shit.
Deisel's good for festivals, gigs or barbeques.

Seadog makes a good blueberry ale if you want to try it, doesn't have actually blueberrys in it, but it has that fruity taste. I went to the Boston Beer Fest and Anheiser Busch had some of their blueberry ale there, that they were test marketting (somewhere around Colorado it can be purchased, I only got to taste it), it was rather good.
All of that is a little fruity though, I am a huge Guinness fan, and Dogfish Head fan; they had a mead at the Beer Fest that was awesome. Mead is one of my favorites...

Dogfish Head & Rogue Ales are my two favorite microbrews. I love magic hat, but I feel like its becoming too big to be called a micro anymore. I've had Seadog, they also have a...raspberry? Not sure, its made up in Maine and my buddy from there introduced us too it.
I love Harpoon IPA, or as I call it, Harpoonipa.
Sierra Nevada's IPA is good for getting twisted - packs some punch too.

Weiss beer was always my favorite.
I used to work for a German company before all the no alcohol policies went into effect there. They all had beer with their lunch and we would have monthly project kickoff parties with beer and all sorts of German goodies! It was fantastic!
Give me a nice dark stout any day!

I had way better stuff than that pussy shit an hour ago...
Plus some benadryl and albuterol because I had a terrible allergic reaction that I am still feeling right now, despite the effects of ethanol and benadryl.
Fggghthght.
To stay on-topic, beer-wise I'm gonna have to say that even though I don't ever drink, I know enough about stuff, in general, to tell you that the Coronas are good with the lime.
No Sam Adams with the lime; I tried that once and will never make such a mistake ever again. No, seriously.
Alright, take care, everyone.

Try a corona with a lemon, good change of pace.
Sam Summer goes well with a lemon too.

Sam Summer is good. It has that crazy African peppercorn “Grains of Spice” in it.
Dogfish Head for the fucking win.
The Pangea brew has an ingredient from each of the 7 continents. Insane.

The worlds second largest Oktoberfest (besides for the German one) is going on 3 miles away from my house ATM in Mt. Angel, Oregon...makes me sad that I'll be 20 in about a week and a half :( Guinness (still number 1), Dead Guy, Eye of the Hawk...all the wonderful microbrews we have out here in Oregon are all wondeful!
OH and if ya haven't tried it and have a chance at it. Arrogant Bastard, bitter to the extreme, but great flavor!

Bell's White Ale - two pints will put a stupid grin on your face.
And 3Floyds. Midwest rules.

One of the best beers I ever had was Kingfisher IPA when I was actually IN India.
On drinking just to get hammered, well I don't really do that anymore, so don't have much input for that. Whenever I fill my kegorator I usually get Fat Tire. And to be honest, I kind of like MGD again lately.
Hell, ANY beer is good, with one exception. Smoked beer. It tastes like burnt wood and smells like burnt wood. Nasty shit.

Best canned beer you'll ever have; their Dale's pale ale is amazing. If you like pale ales, of course.
They're from CO I believe; one of their head honchos came by to speak at the Extreme Beer Fest back in february. Great stuff.
I personally swear by Dogfishhead's Aprihop and 90 Minute, I love me some Smithwicks (especially off the tap over in Ireland, but it's still good here), pretty much anything by Unibroue, and the Brooklyn Brewery's Brown Ale is wonderful as well.

When did Snakebite and black become diesel?
Although I think proper Snakebite has pernod in, right?
No idea when, but it was called that at least since 95 when I had my first pint.
I remember it being a mosher creation, then it became typical chav stuff after Stella of course.

Actually I'm in CT, but I visit Boston fairly often, catch a Sox game and hit the pubs. I've had Smithwicks off the taps in Ireland and it is fantastic, Guinness in Ireland is so much better than it is here (might of had to do with the preception) but I love it anywhere. Apparently the kids there are less keen on it (I went drinking with my cousin who lives there, and when her friends saw me ordering Guinness, they were saying it was too heavy! it boggled my mind that they could live in Ireland and not drink it constantly)

Oddly enough, I had a similar experience in Bolton, England. The guys there drank Budweiser. ???

It is different and usually better in the home countries. They don't have to pasteurize it like they do to ship it to the states. We get a bit watered down version. Get a Warsteiner Dunkel here, then go to Germany (trust me, it is work the price of the ticket) and get any Heffeweisen Dunkel and you will see the difference. (I am a horrible speller, so excuse any and all mistakes). Hell, Lowenbrau is horrible here, but it is a pretty good "light" beer there.

I was disgusted. It's the equivalent of going to Pizza Hut in NYC.

Guinness is good stuff. But if you can't stomach it straight get a Black and Tan.
What beers don't you like.
-Fruit flavored beers, ie raspberry beer (gags)
-Black Label (nasty crap)
-Hams (is this even a beer? Tastes better while chewing gum)
-Old Milwaukee Best Light
-Genesee cream ale

Any beer you can see through. Unless it is free, because everyone knows that free beer is the best beer.

Sorry even Old Milwaukee Best Light. Free or not. BLAH! In college the RA confiscated a case and new I liked beer. He offered it to me and I couldn't stomach it.

OK, that is not really a beer anyway. It is just colored water. Kind of like the Colders 29 or what ever that crap was. I would put money down that the person who came up with that idea is in the unemployment line.

And good lambics are, well, good. Fruit does not automatically make a beer bad.

I think it's only a west coast thing...but the Henry Weinhards brewery makes some nice brew. I personally like the Weinhards Special Dark. They also make bottled sodas! Oh yeah Fat Tire's also REALLY good! Black Butte's not bad either now that I think about it.
