haste2 is dead...

when does haste1 make 5 second into 1 second?

6 into 2, 1?
7 into, 3, 2, 1?
8 in 4, 3, 2, 1?

425-430 maxes out at 476?. right? thanks

Simu has released the new spell lists, but I have not bothered with the math yet. I do not want to bother learning things that will probably change as they tweak the systems.

Currently I think it's -3 seconds, and -1 additional for every 20 ranks in 5xx over 506, but I'm not certain.
