GS connection

Is it my connection, or is GS dropping every few minutes, both game and website. Other websites are fine, only Simu stuff is affected.

I had no problems earlier this morning. I have not been in-game since about 9am CST though.

Must be my work connection then. It's weird how it's only affecting official GS stuff though. First time it happened.

Yah, I think the T1 line's clogged. The big boss has a streaming stock market program he always has running, but what didn't make sense if that only play.net and GS was doing that. PC, MSN, etc etc were all the same speed.

I've had problems like this at school before. It was typically a shitty connection that would drop packets very often. I could surf the web fine, but anything streaming like GS would not stay logged in more than a few minutes. Do not recall what I did to fix it.

I ran a tracert, and it seems I'm getting a bunch of time outs after it hits Chicago. I hope my ISP at home doesn't use the same route as the one at work does.

has anyone else had problems connecting with the SGE but not the website? I go thru the whole SGE thing, and it hangs up on the launcher bit.

I havent been able to use Sge since I came back. Never figured it out. un-installed, re-installed... oh well
