I think it's because her name is Toy. Judging from her gear, she obviously has an older character and is probably played for fun.

I steal from her whenever the opportunity presents itself. A little less now than before.

She has nice gems in her crown.

Don't always assume it's because of your name.. Falgrin will steal from you in his park if you have gems or coins on you.

Your name could be Falgrin's Dad.. and he wouldn't care.

see, thats why I wouldnt mind Falgrin stealing from me... it was my good friend Aone that I was a victim to..lol. and I was told it was because of his name.. funny. But, my character is much more careful with his containers being closed now.. and his demon is a big help also..

Interaction with Rogues who are good role players that steal are alot of fun....
