Need help: looking at buying a keyboard

So I'm looking to get back into playing instruments again. Since it's pretty unlikely I'll have enough money for a piano for a long while, I'm thinking of getting a music keyboard that I can jam on in my room.

Any advice on what I should be looking for as far as brands and accessories?
