I need help with ripping movies from DVD to my computer...

Alright, I need, a fast, good program to rip a movie off of a DVD onto my computer, one that does good compression and good quality, any program suggestions would kick ass, thanx!

Then you'll need another program to transfer it into a AVI or MPG or whatever so you can share it
