Just curious how these work. I want a level 1 enhancive scroll, which is 4 years , how many premium points is that? And how much silver or whatever those it go for?

Enhancives are attuned. You can't buy one.

Exaclty so I buy using premie points directly from Sadie.

An enhancive created with premium points is attuned to the account the points came from. You won't be able to commission someone else to have one made for you.

That said, a lvl 1 enhancive is 1800 premium points.
