Ok two questions...

1)Does CoS activate with any other CMANs besides garrote?

2)I heard there is a lore to spell level ratio for safe retribution i.e. 20 ranks for 719 to work. Is this true? and if so, anyone have an idea of how many ranks each of out spells would need?

Anyone in or around River's Rest willing to do some Testing of my two questions with me?

Finding another person in River's Rest is fun enough more or less trying to find one that has time to test the affect of Cos.

1. Not sure. Logically, it should activate on any cman that involves physical contact when the sorcerer is stunned, but I've never bothered to test it.

2. The probability for the cloak to retaliate begins at 45%, and is increased 1% by each Sorcerous Lore, Demonology rank known, at a maximum of 95% (50 ranks).

And So, with say 5 ranks in Demonology, it wouldnt matter If I used Mind Jolt or Dark Catalyst, the rate would still be 50% for me?
