For his massive work for over a decade mapping Elanthia, making spreadsheets to understand the complexity of training, and making life just a bit easier, Tsoran is granted the title Cartographer-in-Chief.
Well earned.

Same. I was going to write Simu an email if they didn't. Hell, he should have been the first one they mentioned getting an honor and not Xygon simply because Tsoran has been around longer.
Granted, though, Xygon actually made the player shops system work.
In any case, congratulations Tsoran!

Tsoran is the pwn.

Makes sense. Zepath started the whole thing, but Tsoran kept it going.

HN, just out of curiousity, how long has it been since you played? And have you not ever considered coming back?

She played GS on an abacus back in the day.
I still have some zepaths maps on a zip drive around here .. as well as a large binder with laminated Tsoran maps.

I left very shortly after the AOL influx. I don't remember, precisely, how long after, but it wasn't long at all...a matter of months, if not weeks. I've never really considered returning. My mother was playing at the time I left, and I knew (through her) that it just wasn't for me anymore. A couple of times, early on, I "inhabited" her empath (I'd never played an empath, so that was interesting, to say the least), and my feelings were verified by those experiences.

It wasn't an abacus, exactly, but...it was close! :D

I have some Zepath maps still on a 3.5 floppy and also have a set of Tsorans maps in protective covers in a binder. :tumble:

Heh, a couple months after we (my brother and I) started playing, I swear to god we printed every Tsoran map he had at the time and wallpapered an entire wall of the computer room with his maps. It was the shit. My father wasn't too appreciative. I bet if I looked really hard, they're still in drawers over at their house.
Grats, Tsoran.

Haha, I did that with Zepath maps.
