Weapon Bonding won't work.

This is Lorminstra's temple in Solhaven, it's pretty freakin "holy to some deity" to me. I'm also a convert to Lorminstra.

There's one error. I have no idea where you are, but uh, you didn't go anywhere. Bonding isn't broken, you just very clearly aren't in the right place.

Nevermind, looks like every warrior needs to go to Voln to get bonded....even though I clearly worship Lorminstra.

Does weapon returning work as soon as you bond or do I need to develop the bond (and exactly how long does this take). Also when do I get the +10 to AS and CM, I'm already 5 ranks into bonding just haven't "tested the bond" yet.

Mine didn't go to Voln. I went to a temple (I think Kai's).

I sanctified my weapon at Kai's Shrine. Never used warrior bonding.

You don't have to go to Voln to do warrior bonding. You have to be in a room with an altar though (some rooms will have an altar in the description but won't work).

Just because you have 5 ranks of weapon bonding does NOT mean you are bonded to your weapon. CMAN BOND INFO with the weapon in hand will tell you the status. 5 ranks of bonding just means that you *CAN* get it, but you still have to go through the entire bonding process. When there is "no doubt of the pure spiritual connection" then you have achieved rank 5 bonding with your weapon.

You have to have the weapon in hand and be gaining experience. The amount of experience seems to vary depending on level.

It's going to take a very long time to get to rank 5. Figure on at least 100k experience.

I had to go through the white arch at Lorminstra's in town to weapon bond while I was a warrior. The altar is usually the key.

In Icemule, the place to pray is Kai's altar in the Temple. I seem to recall recent news that the holy places in PRO's now host bonding as well.

I believe that bonding speed scales with your level. When I was in my 30's it took about 17k experience to get the first and second bonds.

I know if you're a Luukosian, going up to the Temple of Luukos on Teras, and praying up there works.
