No, that's a pretty decent estimate from Fred Sanford there. The cost for Wizards is higher due to their ability to generate silvers through enchanting, etc.

Allen's price is spot on for the current market. Providing the history is clear (name in good standing or unknown) and there's options such as fixskills available. Negative aspects in any of those two can drop the price quite a bit.

lvl 42 sold for 300
lvl 45 sold for 350

51 should get 400 or so

I have been using a general $7.50-10 per lvl on wizards when selling, and then adjust accordingly for good or bad things.

Good
-fixskills
-mastered society - ive seen several old ones without being mastered
-society reset
-mastered guild
-silvers/items coming with it
-artisan mastery

Bad
-names - there are some nasty ones
-reputation
-justice

race preferance can go either way, stats can make a big difference for what the buyer is going to use him for.

I'm not saying you're wrong, anything can go for any amount of cash, I'm just giving a general average of what he should expect to get if he were to sell, give or take.
