its "a black ora maul" weighs 8 lbs, has mana disrupt and unbalance flares.
Also it has mana regen bonus (field tested and went between 4 and 5, not sure if my stats has to do with this, so call it 4) and minor spirit regen negatives. Its a full 4x.
