I've been thinking about this and seemingly rogues are the only profession that can 3x dodge if I'm not mistaken and I was wondering since it's a profession specific attribute if it would give that much more of an advantage than lets say 2x? Isn't it 10/20/30% chance to dodge per x?

Info please..

5/10/15% chance to dodge like level in stance offensive per rank of dodge. Presumably that's hindered by armor and shield type just like dodge DS.

Warriors can 3x dodge too, but I don't think anyone ever does. It's really, really expensive for us.

Whats the actual DS mod you get from dodging?

If you use Tsoran's spreadsheet, it's got numbers under 'defense', but Im not sure it's up to date.

I think the cost (points) is not worth the benefit (increase % of dodge and possible DS)...

You can probably 2x dodge and 2x shield for the same cost as 3x dodge, depending on profession, although I haven't looked at the numbers. A non-shield user would get the most benefit out of 3x dodge, and would only really need it if they were a rogue. It's probably not worth it, in that case.

You get .75 DS per rank in stance offensive with no armor and no shield. If you go up to full plate and tower this gets to just about 1/3. If you're in full plate and no shield you still get a little less than .62.
