Is there anyone around that has a lot or house for sale, I prefer it to be prefurnished although it doesnt matter much. Want a low-mid range neighborhood..curious to see whats around...

Like Caede said, if you're premium, after a certain amount of time you can buy a house in one of the neighborhoods. I'd suggest doing that rather than trying to buy one off of someone. They're easy/quick to decorate if you have a furnishing list.

There are low to mid range houses readily available in pretty much every city, from my past house owning experience. The hard to get houses were upper class neighborhoods in town.

All you need is 100k for the deed, and money for furniture, facades, etc. Dont forget, you can also have a pet, for those 'special occasions'.
