s>look at my shroud
The war shroud is composed of an indeterminate material that resembles silk in its sheen, but feels like supple old leather. The material appears to undulate in a disturbing manner with the wearer's movement. Two impure emeralds glimmer at the collar like watchful eyes. The Luukosian shroud is secured with a rune-etched scarab clasp.

I bought it for 5-700k and i think it's worth more, considering you cant get deity alters or alters that say it does something in a "disturbing manner"..look at the rarities alittle more

Heh, I got a nice pack and vest alter if you want it Allen
tap vest
You tap a ritual ophidian-marked vest that you are wearing.
>l vest
This exquisitely tailored black silk vest has a slight emerald-hued sheen to the fabric. Glistening onyx buttons line the front, and a dark ora serpent sinuously winds its way across the chest, its form giving a ritualistic look to the garment. Despite the obviously quality of the vest, the bottom points are darkly stained.
You tap a ritual serpent-clasped pack that you are wearing.
>l pack
Crafted out of ora, the outside of the pack has been carefully inlaid with tiny ora scales to give it the look of actual serpent skin. A large flap covers the opening of the pack, and along its borders emerald and gold Luukosian symbols for prayer and protection have been carefully inscribed. A large doomstone carved into the shape of a coiled serpent with green-tinged golden eyes fastens the flap securely. Near the opening, some writing can be seen. It reads, "Fearless are the servants of the Serpent.
then you can always add these too your collection too
tap bead
You tap some dark-stained oak prayer beads inlaid with tiny jade serpents
I'll stop teasing you now

haha, I owned (and designed) the pack and vest. The vest is ugly as sin (I apologize to the world for that one; it was done with four seconds' notice!). The pack I'm still partial to. If you ever see a Luukos alteration with a "green-tinged golden eye" anywhere in it, it was originally owned by Querthose.
The prayerbeads I also owned, but I did not design them. They're highly scripted and were auctioned off at the opening of the Icemule Temple. They've already been blessed by a cleric of Luukos.

the fact that yours does shouldn't lend it worth, IMHO. It just makes it worth less because its poorly done.
I don't think there's anything in the ALTER verb about deities. I know it's some personal GMs' opinions that instead of saying the name of the god, you should describe what the symbol is. Show, don't tell. Basic 4th grade writing skills.
There are certain areas of the game that REQUIRE you to have deity objects. They aren't banned.
