There's going to be 2 festivals, because they wanted to release GS4 items during ebons gate, but GS4 isn't here yet. So, there going to have a festivals now, then another (smaller) one when gs4 gets released.

It will be there. Just not immediately. They're going to reopen Ebon Gate after the release of GS4 so that people can pick up the GS4-only items. Like the piercing. The stuff won't be in the festival until then and only those who had previously bought tickets will be allowed into Mini Ebon Gate II.

The smaller festival is for EG ticvketholders because some of the things thast were going to be sold at EG that were only useable in GS4 cant be sold now because the release of GS4 has been pushed back.

You cant go to the smaller GS4 fest unless you have an EG ticket, acording to Khaladon

The map for Ebon's always remains the same. As do the shops in regards to Plat/Prem. So any plat members...please do the honours :P

Khaladon sometimes switches his shops around between Plat and Prime, but most other GMs let it remain the same. It just lets us know which shops are his, heh!
