When can you Master a Guildskill?

I've been searching the forums and looking around in general, and I've been having a hard time finding a good "Warrior's Guild Guide". There were a few good posts in the past, so I'm just starting this thread to get the opinions of people now. My Warrior just turned 15; I'm curious a) when he can master a guildskill (is it level 20?) and b) What should I master? I don't want to spend my entire time playing doing guild stuff, so I figure I'll master wtricks and berserk, and that's it (and pick up a cman knockdown so I don't have to do tackle training). Really, I'm just looking for help for training in general, since I've never actually gotten a warrior to guild-age before.

I'm pretty sure at 23 you can master a skill.

Berserk should be a breeze and is VERY useful.

The first 15 or so ranks are a real pain but the only problem after that is stamina.
