I primarily use the Wizard FE.. and am going through all my scripts at the moment.
Is there a program that will allow you to read and edit all the script files, or do you have to use the wizardFE?

If your scripts are in .CMD format, you can right click on them and select "Open With" and use notepad or some other word processing program.
You can also open Notepad or Wordpad and go to FILE -- OPEN and open them that way.
Your third option is to run the Wizard FE in offline mode and view them there.

When you edit a script in Wizard, it opens Notepad by default. Wizard doesn't actually do anything but run scripts.
