The format will go as follows: Bids updated randomly during the day, then the following day's update will be "Going once!" on items with no new bids, then twice, then sold.

instead of the typical +5 of an old style 3x claidhmore as nine points of AS
are deducted for the extra points weighting)

I'll try and skim the message boards for a post where someone spells them out, but the same reservations that sellers have been posting for the last 15 years or so?

Basically, I reserve the right to do anything I want with this auction up until the very moment that the item/silvers exchange hands ingame. That doesn't mean I WILL withdraw an item, sell it for a buyout offer, call off the auction entirely, give it to a buddy for the hell of it, or whatever, just that I explicitly reserve the right to do so ahead of time so that there are no misunderstandings.

You know, basic common sense stuff that has been the general practice for years and years and years now.

(5x +25 heavy critical padding full plate armor, this armor sold at a merchant seven years or so ago. I believe it is lighter than usual full plate at 40 pounds?)
