Anybody know how this works? I've been poking around the boards, but failed to dig anything up.

Specifically, wondering if my warrior will ever be able to get a TD above the 200-220 range when he's got some good defensive spells.

Got my plate armor...and guessing other things that affect this are:
AURA
Shield (if magic?)
Amount of DS attributed to Magical DS items? (i.e., max +50)

thanks.

I have no idea, but other than stat bonuses, I think I remember something about it being level x 3. Is that just complete crazy talk?

Shild and DS item don't do anything, unless you have a few of the krodera or mithril shields that enhance TD.

Armor (specifically, subgroup and magic vs. mundane) affects CvA, not TD.

Each sphere of magic has its own TD stat. I think Wisdom might be another of them, and then maybe Discipline for mental? Not sure exactly. 3*level is correct, though. Both CS and TD have that.
