Anyone know RT bonus

Anyone know the RT addition for MOC? If I had 80 ranks in MOC, and thus 4 attacks for a single target. What would be my RT? +25 +25 on both agi and dex bonus.Attacking with falchion. Anyone know the formula for this?

Nobody knows the formula.

I plan on knowing it by the end of June. As an estimate I'd say a little over 10 seconds so long as you don't get encumbered or have armor penalties.
