Critter Limbs

Will it be possible to pick up critter limbs after I blow them off with limb disruption?
In the test thingy I changed my weapon training to concentrate on blunts . . it doesn't work so far.
Am I just being stupid thinking this? :?:

Yes, though you have to target a specific limb with the spell.

For example, if I wanted to blow a limb off Kithus:

Prep 708

Cast Kithus Right arm

Do not use at in the messaging, it will not work. Also note you will only have a chance at picking one up, you will not grab it every time. You will either get the limb or get the Eww, Gross messaging.

Pretty sure I was blowing limbs off nymphs with a blood wand in GSIV. No aiming, just MIU.
