LOL, why don't people like Emeradan? I think he does a good job. I could never be a moderator on the officials; I'd probably murder people like Nodyre who have to bitch and moan about every little thing. Vicenzio I don't see around a lot, the other two I'm not familiar with.

If it were an option, I'd vote for Quabu (but he got le fired) or Ysbail (who is thankfully no longer in charge of teh boards).

Emeradan's a douche, though Setous is quickly catching up to him in the douchness factor.

I've never even heard of Prowse or Vincenzo. I guess I don't visit topics that they moderate.

That's right, he's the new sorcerer guy. I have yet to see him being a jackass. He's somewhat crisp and direct in his delivery, but there's nothing wrong with that. Not everyone is going to be all "kissy I heart you lovebomb hugs!"

I used to be able to handle Em but he makes comments and stuff that just inflame people. Yeah, he has the right to his own personality but he crosses the line to being an unprofessional sarcastic dick a lot. I've not really had direct dealings with him myself, just saying that his treatment of people is far from helpful, especially when people are pissed off. Yes, angry people do dumb things.. but that doesn't mean you make them even angrier by being an ass about it.

It's easy to say that, and I've had posts pulled for bullshit reasons before, but without a backup there it's extremely one-sided. What'd you post that got pulled, and what'd he say that got your panties in such a twist? At least he responded, Ysbail sent me an unbelievably canned response once when she pulled a post for "masked vulgarity" (because I said BS).

Being the board moderator in another online game, I've found that when you warn someone, you have to tell them what they did wrong. Even though I'm straightforward in my emails doing that, I've still hacked a bunch of people off doing so. <shrug> And it's no fun being a moderator if you can't add a little of your personality into it as well.

I mostly just ignore him or his smart ass posts.. because I'd not like to tangle with him. He seems to have a loyal following of friends who would rip you apart before he even had a chance, heh!
