Ice age wand convert or not?

Got an Eissa wand, used to be raise dead but its now ferverent approach. Now if you were me would you have it fixed but lose Eissa or leave as is.

mage chargable not sure if crumbly as i dont believe the lick test works any longer.

I'd say leave it as is. Raise Dead and Well of Life scrolls aren't overly expensive.
