RT for ranged weapons.

Anyone know min RT for ranged weapons (including max dex/agi bonuses etc.)
Is it 3 for longbows and 2(precocked) for crossbows? Or can it go below that?Also what kind of dex/agi bonuses would one need to regularly get the min RT's for the bows?

3 is the minimum for bows barring any haste effects. Dex/agi does nothing for ranged RT, it's always strength. 10 strength bonus gives you 1 second off your RT. Aiming adds 1 RT, as does hiding. To fire a longbow from hiding while aiming at 3 seconds you would need a 60 strength bonus.

Little curious about your math there Drew, what is the starting point for RT on a longbow (with zero strength)? Is it 7 seconds? So you need a 40 str bonus for 3 sec RT with a longbow from the open not aiming?

7 sec longbow, 6 for composite, 5 for shortbow. So yeah, you need 40 strength for unaimed, unhidden, add ten more strength for either. My half krolvin wizard has max strength and uses the strength spell so I have him fire his longbow aimed at 3 seconds, not a bad feature.
