Where are all the scriptting websites? I can't find any good ones.

I would definitely have to say we're the best scripting site, except it's pretty disorganized and hard to find stuff.

I'll look into changing that. Making subfolders for pure scripts, script questions, so on so forth.

I just came back (I was the old Algrus). I can't find any good movement scripts(especially from landing to nations). Is the Gemstone messenger still viable?

SBC (www.sahracorp.com) is a great global movement script. Good place to start. Includes a lot of important stops, as well as some hunting areas.

I can't ever get the bus to work. Maybe it's something with stormfront, vs the other front ends, but it louses up everything and I have to reboot after trying to use it.

I use it with both the wizard and SF and never have had a problem with it. Have you tried DLing an updated version?

The bus is broken down! I do .sbc Wehnimer's landing. it gives me another prompt and then it gets screwy. heh wtf! Besides the movement scripts, remember the GS Messenger? is there something like that left?

Uhm. Read instructions.

.SBC by itself for the menu. Then type in the town you want more info on. It'll list them, and how they need to be entered.

The website also explains how to navigate.

I had asked about making a script repository site before and nobody really seemed to think it would be a good idea.

Basically wanted to create a site like hotscripts.com only for Gemstone scripts.

I would try and find the two posts in this forum with zips of two person's complete scripting directories.

Syrend Dypity's maps.cmd is still a great script(I had to edit it to take out the highlight string crap). few changes were made to stop the scripting bugs.

SBC is by far the best movement script I've ever used. For both Wizard and SF. The commands are simple, there are multiple locations on each city, including hunting areas and socializing areas. If you want a good one, that's the one to go with. You just have to read the instructions more carefully. :)
