You get a feeling for his sincerity and passion about what he did. It's easy to see he's nervous and feel the emotion coming through him. The man conducting the hearing, Senator Pastore of Rhode Island is remembered as being a tough guy and you can hear Mr. Rogers hesitation when he asks him if he can read the lyrics to a song he's written near the end, almost waiting for him to shoot it down. I won't ruin it for you but a touching rememberance of a great man.

Wow, great video. I loved watching Mister Rogers when I was younger. I wish there were still shows like what he put on, on the air. (There might be, I haven't noticed any though) I work currently in an envoirment with a lot of kids... and I always have a big smile on my face after singing happy birthday to a boy or girl and you can tell I've made their day. Children are super fragile and I wish more people out there were as concerned and as passionate about how children grow up as Mister. Rogers was.
