If you search for Midgar's Rogue Guild Guide on google you should find one somewhere. His website used to be www.rogueguild.com (http://www.rogueguild.com) but it got taken down. Maybe you can find it on the way back machine.

a) What town?
b) If the rogue is 15 trains, there should be an invitation with their passcode
c) Get a guildmaster(s) to nominate you if not, I think it takes 3 if you're not 15 trains (it's been a while)
d) Check the official boards, Jerrec's Lair used to have some decent stuff on it, but I don't think it's current. Try this, it's Midgar's page, maybe it'll help
