Ok, pick 2 professions, pick a level, pick training regime and equip them how you see fit. Then determine who would most likely win.
#1 50th level Warrior, x2 THW, max CM,1x multi, 2x Ambush, no hide, Grand master of warrior guild, Specialized in bull rush/weapon specilization/true hand/weapon bonding/ and a few others (you pick)all at 5 ranks. Armed with 2x Claidhmore/x7 Maul, in 10x Full plate. Not spelled up.
Vs.
#2 50th level Sorcerer, x3 spell training, routine sorcerer training regime.10x double leathers, runestaff, only spelled up with spells castable.
Who would win? Why?
Also,would place matter?

Totally irrelevant thread. Beyond level 20 all that matters between any profession (except cleric's who are gimped when it comes to pvp) is who can press enter first and activate a macro for implode/ewave/sweep/subdue/boil etc.
The above definately applies to your fantasy battle as all that would matter would whether or not the warrior could tackle/warcry first or if the sorc could ewave/stun.
And that should end this thread.

Stun beat me to it...Like level, the sorc's implode would stun and floor the warrior, six seconds later, the second implode would kill him. No chance for survival. Though if the warrior got off the tackle/warcry first, he'd just need to stack rt, feint and go for the kill.

This is why the Gladitorial Games should still be around. And if they still are, they should be run more often. Not only did they offer a fair ground for combat where "who gets the first attack off wins" doesn't work, but they were immensely entertaining, and a good deal of coin could be made in the betting stands. What fun.
