Does anyone know how heavily stance and hands affect channeling? Does channeling in stance defensive with full hands provide any bonus? Is having both hands open better than just one open?
Thanks in advance.
Both hands open in stance offensive channel is best results.
The rest explains itself, diminishing from just 1 open hand to none.

thanks.
does channeling work better than casting when you're in stance defensive with full hands?
Apparently it does. That would have to explain the hard RT.
But don't take my word for that one, I just fucked up about 10 private messages becouse I'm so tanked.

hey, me too.
it does seem to work better for me than casting, but then i haven't paid too much attention. thanks for the help.
I've only experience in sorcery by the way.
I don't have a clue about the mechanics but I do know what I've 'felt' after almost a hundred levels of sorcerer hunting. Channel bare handed when you've nailed them to the ground and the 3 sec RT will not matter.
Anything else doesn't make enough of a difference.
Hope this helps, man.

Channeling is important because it helps you focus your attack. In some cases it gives you a better chance of getting a crit.
