Ivas Shrine?

I've heard rumors of an Ivas Shrine somewhere in the Viper Shroud, can anyone confirm or deny this? Perhaps give vague or very precise directions on how or where to find this?

I can confirm that it exists. I believe Tsoran's map gives hints as to where it is, although not information on how to get in.
