HALFLING Rogues are a true pain in the ass to raise up. This one is now 39th level, way past the difficult years. Halfling Rogues are also, once aged, probably the most versatile and deadly rogues. Their skill are picking locks, pockets, and all things 'associated' with rogues is unparalleled.
This rogue has been around for years (created probably in 98-99'), but hasn't been played for the last two years. Consequently, he has a good name, plus some very valuable items.
A long time ago a merchant offered unique tattoos. I'm not sure if this practice is common now, but I imagine not. This halfling rogue has a very interesting tattoo on his face, which I won't list but will PM you the info if you like. It lends itself to the 'assassin' advertisement.
