combat manuevers

Hey all, I'm playing a ranger, and wondering a little about how combat manuevers are calculated...for example:

does a semi, who 1x's in CM, and has 3 ranks in feint, have an equal chance to feint as a square who 2x's in CM with 3 ranks in feint, if they are the same level? Anyone help shed some light on this?

No. The difference between 1x and 2x in CM will be significant in higher levels as far as comparing same level-cmans. At 67, 1x'ing CM Ranger, and Jolena who's 2x CM, both have 3 ranks of feint. I believe she has an extra 42 in numberical comparison.
