I'd prefer permanent over Temporary, +10 or more bonus only. Pin worn is obviously better but I can deal with whatever. And does anyone know about restrictions on how much bonus can be added by items? Is it +50 like DB items or a totally different system?

Permanent skill/stat adders don't exist beyond special weapons like black ora.
