Was it Felhawk? He's been running around naked for weeks because his fines are so high. I went to Ta'ill and he was right behind me. He had no friends there either.

Good grief, stop all this whining henceforth Tayre. I've seen you about since you were a young whipper-snapper and I've never seen you lacking for gear. Poor is relative to what you need and what you have, and from what I've seen you have what you need and then some, so hush up.

In regards to people that are poor due to fines, screw'em I say. The last time I helped someone out with a hefty fine they proceeded to repeat the offense in less than a week's time. That made me feel pretty stupid and I don't like feeling stupid.

What's all this crap about being rich lately on these forums ? That thread about how to abuse game mechanics to become a millionaire is incredibly annoying. You want to be rich ? Role play and make some good friends. I've borrowed as much as 5 million at a pop before because I garnered some faith from people. It's not important how much you have in your bank account, or how many expensive items you have bought, when you have a wealth of friends to aid you if you see an opportunity to obtain something you actually need.

Friends are worth a lot more than anything else, they defy quantification. For all you posting your incredible bank accounts, I could probably borrow 100 mill if I went around sponging off of everyone I know that'd lend to me without question. Sorry, I know this post sounds a bit bitchy and I don't really intend that. I'm not trying to chastise anyone really, just spewing...
