I think you're referring to the MSN Game Zone that you could play GS4 through on a trial with little info given from you (credit card, etc.)

If I'm right you're looking for a way to play GS4 without paying for it/setting up a permanent account. Only way would be to run trial accounts over and over with different e-mails.
