I'm curious ... what in your opinion, was the best thing you've found on a creature, or in a box? I've seen quite a few nice ones, anyone here have any luck?

You tap a signet ring bearing a rampant golden wyvern on a field of crimson.

Its just jewelry, but its pretty cool.

The only item out of the ordinary I remember finding in a box was a cloak... I think it was grey wool with a gold acorn clasp or something like that. It wasn't ugly but I wouldn't call it a treasure.

I wonder what happened to it... I don't remember selling it but I don't have it. Maybe I put it on the TSC bench.

ive probably found every gem except for some gems on teras and pinefar, and on rift. Ive never found any box finds. (Besides junk, like imbeddables and stuff)

Only one true 'boxfound' for me so far, 'a wire-handled black keyln lockpick' from a cave troll box. This was back in '96, I gave it to a locksmith for a song, and never did check it's strength.

I've also taken three weapons from critters. A reiver had a 1x sanct ohe, and I found two different 3x 2handers on an Illoke mystic and shaman.

A couple of the 'baby boxfounds' have nice values at the gemshop, 25k each for 'a glyph-etched platinum baton' (imbeddable wand), and some kind of platinum scepter. These were from Skull Temple and Griffin Keen.

All I have found are the standard boxfound imbeddables with spells. Max out at the gemstore for 25k. Nothing more.

I found a frumpy pink tunic in a box. Edaarin tried to buy it off me for 3mil so he could prance around in it. I, out of kindess, refused and threw it down the well.

I know, I know it's so evil to throw something down the well when someone is willing to pay silvers for it but try not to cry over it.

LOL .... speaking of throwing things down the well.

I was having an escroll auction once and my fluff-aholic friend had me list a bunch of junk for her. At the end of the escroll auction, I took all her items that didn't sell and gave her a note for the MB she was asking for, then dropped the whole damn worthless backpack down the well. I really thought she was going to cry, but she realized she got her money and was happy.

I helped her, really I did.
